Dundas Minor Baseball welcomes a new Board Member, and its first Life Member
At the Annual General Meeting held on October 25, 2007, Lou Castura was elected as DMBA's first ever Life Member. Lou has been actively involved in baseball in Dundas for over 20 years, and this honour has been well earned. Congratulations to Lou.
Also at the Annual General Meeting, Dan Newman announced his retirement from the Board, and Judy Wood was elected to the Board to serve with returning members Lou Castura, Phil Coleman, Andrew Dyment and Matt Wilkinson.
New Executive assignments will be posted once the new Board meets to appoint these positions.
Dundas Minor Baseball provides Rep and House League baseball for players from 13 to 21 years of age. A member of the Hamilton District Baseball Association and the Ontario Baseball Association, DMBA is headquartered at Volunteer Field, which, as its name implies, was built by volunteers from the Town of Dundas in 1990.
